Socio-Economic and Enterprise Development

LifeCo UnLtd (www.lcu-sa.com) has been appointed by Dorper Wind Farm to manage and implement the Socio-Economic and Enterprise Development (SED/ED) Initiatives in the communities of Molteno and Sterkstroom. This programme started in 2014 with some of the projects and beneficiaries indicated below:

Maths Centre

Maths Centre in collaboration with Dorper Wind Farm are actively involved with the schools in both Sterkstroom and Molteno to encourage, assist and enlighten the learners and their parents. The Inkqwithelo Zotshintsho (Winds of Change) Bursary Scheme

Dorper Wind Farm have recently (beginning of 2017) introduced a new bursary scheme The Inkqwithelo Zotshintsho (Winds of Change) Bursary Scheme. For 2017 there have been 10 successful beneficiaries that have been awarded with bursaries, as follows:
